Refund Policy - the basics
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused, and undamaged items within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible:

The item must be in its original packaging and condition.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
Note: Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics, used or opened products cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

Include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s).

We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund based on the issue.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
